Time?
I've been told that time heals all. For me, I went from the biggest high after winning worlds, to the lowest low, down in the gutter. My dad had a major heart attack last night , went into surgury for like 7 hrs, came out pretty good, and then it all ended this morning. I have nothing to say, so devestating. I am crying as I am writing this.He was the most important person in my life. I will miss him sooo much. Love you dad. Thanks for visiting my site.
The Memorial service will be held this Saturday, the 23rd of September 2006 at Forest Lawn at 1pm. 6701 30th Avenue SW, Seattle, WA.
If anyone has good pictures of pops please send them to me. I would really appreciate it!!
Obituary:
LITTLE BIT HERE, LITTLE BIT THERE
Peter William Kintner, 62, died on September 17, 2006 in Seattle, Wa due to heart failure.
“Working on it piece by piece”. That was the way Peter William Kintner approached most of his life. He was a creative person, always thinking of original ways to build and improve on things. He touched many people’s lives in a positive way, and was dearly loved by his friends and family. He was born on April 5, 1944 in Los Angeles, CA to William Charles Kintner, and Dorothy Jane Hilton. Brother to Tom and Jim Kintner. Father to Paul and Jill Kintner. Formerly married to Janice Lynn Porter Kintner. Peter was a third generation Seattleite, but traveled all over the world. He took great pride in his children’s talents as bike riders and lived to see great achievement. Peter was a big part of that achievement by donating countless hours to the cause. His own talents were in the arts and sports. Peter was a craftsman and a jack of all trades, but focused on wood, tile, and marble work. He enjoyed Golf, Pool, Skiing, and Ping Pong. Peter never complained and had his independence all the way to the end. We love you dad, You will be missed.

Hey Jill, just heard the news about your dad. I don't really have much to say that you haven't probably already heard, but I wanted you to know that I met your dad at the gathering a couple years ago, and what I remember about him is that he was all smiles and super happy to be there. Before I found out he was your dad, I remember thinking, man this guy is cool, he's so stoked on bikes. Your dad will definitely live on through you and your brother. Thinking of you and your family.
