OLYMPIC BMX Trials Mikey Qualified!!

CHULA VISTA, CA
Mike Day owned the BMX Olympic trial today, dominated in such a way that he had enough points from the first three motos there was no need to run the final!!! Mikey, Kyle Bennett, Donny (pending coaches pick) , and I will be team USA. Chula vista track looked amazing, banners, grand stands, jumbo-tron, etc. First class show, I was so impressed. Today was a great day, and one of the most exciting races I have ever watched. Tons of support from the fans in the cycling community, sponsors, USAC, USOC, parents, resident athletes, media, etc . Fan Club shirts made by me

RED BULL EXPERIMENT

Kevin Robinson's RED BULL Experiment
CENTRAL PARK, New York

Kevin Robinson just set a new world record vert jump on a BMX bike, and Bryn and I were there to see it live in NYC. He aired 54 feet from the ground, (27 foot mega ramp and 27 additional feet of air), to beat Matt Hoffman's previous record of 53'6",by 6 inches.

Standing beside this ramp was intimidating, every time Kevin was hanging in the air it felt like my heart stopped till he landed safe. So scary. Biggest vert ramp ever made. He crashed hard 3-4 times, but kept going. He is not a small guy, and was all padded up ready to take a hit as if he were a football warrior.

Anyway, he did it, set a record and lived to tell about it, yeaaaa. I made him the sweetest sign ever, to show support for a homie/ Red Bull teammate:) Red Bull cola is also pretty tasty , I think, and it's organic, so there you go. Tons of New York BMXers in the house as well as some old friends. I got to go Live on the brodcast and give an interview for kevin and BMX in Olympics. Bikes can do anything, limits were broken. Hopefully I can do the same for the fans. RedBullexperiment.com
