So after 3 glorious days home in Seattle for turkey day, I had a 4 am wake up call to hop on a flight to Tulsa, Oklahoma 
to make an appearance at the final race of the 08 ABA bmx series....

Action "packed" day
So I found out yesterday at about 11am that I had to completely move out of my room at the OTC. Particularly sweet notice since I had a flight scheduled the very next morning and would be gone for 2 months. Seriously down to the wire, who needs sleep. I am heading to Seattle for thxgiving, to Tulsa, oklahoma to sign posters at the ABA grands, then to Australia to visit Bryn and our house that I haven't seen for 2 years. It's going to be awesome to get back to a real life, so long bubble. Will be back end of January to have my knee checked and to be a kenote speaker at a conference in Wa, then?? On to the next chapter.....stay classy San Diego.

The light show- 20/20

LASIK went awesome, I am so psyched to be able to see perfectly now. The thought of getting my eyes operated on TERRIFIED me!!, but Dr.Silverman at Team Eyecare 20/20 had everything done in a day, and my eyes corrected in about 10 minutes. Seemed like no big deal after it was done....

Getting all Po-rit-ical
A congratulations letter showed up in mail yesterday from President Bush!!. I was looking super closely at the signature trying to figure out if it was real, and I swear it was written with an actual marker!! Come to find out he has a signature machine that does all his Christmas cards and letters like this with a real pen. Dammit, he Tricked me again:).
My Poritical letter collection now spans The president, two senators, City Counsel, Governor, Supervisor, Mayor, and a few others. Left my mark:)

Double Maverick?
Obama wins the Presidential Election!! This is good news, I think. At least now, after all the political analysts finish their spiels, we can get back on track. I am a little disappointed that we didn't get to see McCain's Double maverick trick though:)
Saturday Night Live has had some amazing skits of Political happenings. My favorite lines have everything to do with being Mavericky:) I must have watched these skits online at least half a dozen times.
