Lame National Champion Jersey Rule

The UCI have agreed that in 2010 riders have to wear plain full National Champion jerseys again. Things are in motion, but I haven't quite seen an official petition. Worst rule ever, lets hope it gets overturned, being National Champion should be an honor, not a limitation...

SCOTT BEAUMONT.."Not sure everyones opinion on this. Personally I thought the armbands last year were perfect.

After UCI banned skinsuits, the sport now depends on Moto X clothing manufacturers. They have no interest in a National Champion jersey that offers us little advertising space. There is a global economic crisis and now we have limited sponsors space on our race jersey again!

Riders I am sure will now miss national championships again and it makes the National Championships pretty stupid. Feel free to post the link to this petition on your facebook pages. Spread the word.

If you think riders should wear national champions jerseys then please ignore this mail.

Finally, just to confirm this petition is nothing to do with me. I have no idea who has created it. I simply agree with it and wanted to let friends know as soon as possible."
